Armagh’s Food & Cider Festival a Knockout Success

Four days of world class food and drink provided an unforgettable experience for thousands of foodies as they descended on the Orchard County for Armagh’s Food & Cider Festival this past weekend.

Over the course of the weekend, food tours and twilight markets provided multiple opportunities for the local community, visitors from out of town and tourists from further afield to sample the delights of Northern Ireland’s Food Heartland.

A collaboration between Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and the Food Heartland Hospitality Forum, the annual Food & Cider Festival, now in its third year, continues to grow with increasing interest from national and international media and visitors.

Supported by many of the award-winning restaurants in the borough and surrounding countryside, the festival schedule brought culture, cuisine and craftsmanship together in a delicious symphony of flavour and experience.
